Doug Levin, CEO

Doug Levin is the CEO of Quant5, Inc. He brings nearly 30 years of corporate, international and entrepreneurial experience to the company. Doug began his career as an industrial economist doing US macro-economic analyses, but traded in his calculator and mainframes for a career of entrepreneurship and management in the software industry. He was a Lecturer at MIT in January 2012 and has served as a regular guest lecturer in entrepreneur courses at the MIT Sloan School of Management and Harvard Business School since 2000. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of MassVentures. He is best known for founding Black Duck Software in 2002 where he served as its CEO until 2010. He played an integral role in the establishment of LucidWorks, a venture-backed open source company based on Apache Lucene and SOLR projects. Previously, he held senior management positions at Microsoft Corporation over a nine-year period. He has an advanced degree in International Economics from the College d’Europe in Bruges, Belgium and a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Todd Wildman, VP Engineering

Todd Wildman is the VP Engineering for Quant5. Todd has over 15 years of experience directing the evolution of leading technology products and the definition and creation of new ones. He has directed development, operations, and customer support teams for major Web, SaaS and analytical applications. Prior to Quant5, Todd was the Senior Director of Release and Production Engineering at Monster Worldwide, where he managed all aspects of Release and Systems Engineering and worked with Architecture and Development Teams to optimize application functionality, system performance, and application security. Before Monster, Todd held positions of increasing responsibility at Power Play Development Corp. and Hewlett-Packard. Todd earned a BS in Engineering at Bucknell and a MS in Software Engineering from Harvard.

Tod Riedel, VP Customer Success

Tod brings a rich management background as well as an intense customer focus to Quant5. Previously he was COO of Structural Graphics - a leading direct marketing agency providing high-impact dimensional marketing solutions for direct mail, magazine inserts, and promotional packaging. He also co-founded a leading wireless sensor networking and active RFID company where he pioneered the use of these technologies for competitive advantage in organizations throughout the world. Tod served as North America Director of Enterprise Consulting Services for Compaq Computer Corporation, assisting Fortune 100 firms with complex technology integrations and rollouts. His prior roles also included Director of Business Development and Director of Applications Development for CGI Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of IBM. Tod received a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
